The Janesville Performing Arts Center is dedicated to fostering a creative community and we are thrilled to bring such a diverse array of programming to the larger Rock County region. The Gambler: Experience the music of GRAMMY® Award-winning superstar Kenny Rogers. A musical experience that spans over six decades of hit after hit song! His music is loved throughout the world and connects with generation after generation. Kenny’s command of the stage, heartfelt performances, gift for storytelling and distinctive voice are all on full display in this honoring recreation of his LIVE performances. Wisconsin Singers: JPAC is excited to present the Wisconsin Singers, featuring UW-Madison’s top talents in a musical revue of the past 55 years of American popular music! Adult: $28 Student: $15 November 4, 2023
Josh Blue: Following his groundbreaking win on NBC’s Last Comic Standing in 2006, Josh Blue has risen through the ranks to become a well-established headliner at venues throughout the world. In 2018, Josh crushed his set on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Josh does over 200 shows a year, continuing to spread laughter and break down stereotypes of people with disabilities. His stand-up routine is in a constant state of evolution and his off-the-cuff improvisational skills guarantee that no two shows are alike. General Admission: $35 March 15, 2024
Pete Lee: Join nationally recognized, and Janesville local, Pete Lee for an evening of laughs and entertainment. Pete’s stand-up show has sold out multiple evenings at JPAC. Pete tours nationally and regularly appears on the Jimmy Fallon Show. General Admission: $28 August 9 & 10, 2024

Magic Morgan & Liliana: Magic Morgan & Liliana will amaze and astound you, make you laugh, and make you wonder. Their show is a theatrical event for the entire family, full of moments that take your breath away. Objects seem to appear from nowhere and defy gravity. The broken appear to be made whole. Peter and the Starcatcher: Directed by Deaf performer/director Joshua Castille, Peter and the Starcatcher upends the century-old story of how a miserable orphan comes to be The Boy Who Would Not Grow Up (a.k.a. Peter Pan). It is a wildly theatrical adaptation of Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson’s best-selling novels. From marauding pirates and jungle tyrants to unwilling comrades and unlikely heroes, Peter and the Starcatcher playfully explores the depths of greed and despair… and the bonds of friendship, duty and love. North Pole The Musical: Presented by JPAC Kids! Auditions are underway for the 400th Anniversary of North Pole Musical, and everyone is in a panic! The annual Christmas show keeps getting bigger and bigger each year. But, wait a minute! Is bigger really better? See how Santa finds a way to remind everyone of the true meaning of the season. Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer Jr: Presented by JPAC Kids! Because of his shiny nose, Rudolph doesn’t feel like he belongs in Christmastown and sets off to find a place that accepts him. Along his journey, he encounters fellow misfits, only to realize that home is where he has belonged the whole time. When a storm threatens to keep Santa’s sleigh from taking flight, it’s up to Rudolph to save Christmas! Adults: $12 Students: $8 December 8-10, 2023
9 to 5 The Musical: 9 to 5 The Musical, with music and lyrics by Dolly Parton and book by Patricia Resnick, is based on the seminal 1980 hit movie. Set in the late 1970, this hilarious story of friendship and revenge in the Rolodex era is outrageous, thought-provoking and even a little romantic. Primetime Nursery Rhymes: Prime Time Nursery Rhymes gives an exciting new twist to four favorite nursery rhymes, and re-imagines them in song! You’ll be tapping your shoes and dancing along with the Little Old Woman’s children as these witty and comical characters sing each other’s stories like you’ve never heard them before! Junie B. Jones Jr.: Laugh yourself silly with Junie B. Jones in this hilarious Broadway Junior adaptation of Barbara Park’s beloved series. Join Junie B. on her first day of first grade, where many changes are in store. Featuring many lovable characters and fun-filled songs, Junie B. Jones JR. will capture your hearts. Tales of Our Heritage: Produced by Janesville Area Stories, JATV Media Services, Frank Schultz and the team at JPAC, this production will focus on the stories of 5 diverse groups, plus shorter vignettes of several others, that settled in Rock County. General Admission: $12 April 12-14, 2024
Romeo & Juliet: The Janesville Performing Arts Center is proud to produce our annual Outdoor Shakespeare production: Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare. Tickets are Pay-What-You-Can. Suggested $15/person June 27-30, 2024
High School Musical Jr.: Disney Channel’s smash hit movie musical comes to life on your stage in Disney’s High School Musical JR. Now updated to the convenient binder version! Troy, Gabriella and the students of East High must deal with issues of love, friends and family while balancing their classes and extracurricular activities. Adults: $12 Students: $8 August 1-4, 2024
Pajama Party: The JPAC Kids Present: Pajama Party! A Musical Revue About How Bedtime Can Be a Blast! It’s time for bed – time to pick up our toys, take a bath time, brush our teeth and put our PJs on to end the day. But wait! What’s that noise I hear under my bed? Where’s my teddy bear?
