Ticket Policies

All ticket sales are final. There are no cancellations or refunds. Tickets may be available for exchanges (depending on the show) if the ticket office has at least 48 hours notice. Exchanges will only be valid for the same season.

Tickets purchased online default to electronic delivery tickets. If you chose “Will Call” during checkout, your tickets will be available under your last name at the box office. If you have your tickets on your phone, you do not need to stop at the box office. The tickets will get scanned at the theatre door.

Are there fees?

All tickets purchased online are subject to a $2 box office fee. There are no fees if you purchase over the phone or in person.

Is the building accessible?

Our building is wheelchair accessible. The Gallery Theatre is on the main floor with no stairs. The Main Theatre is on a different level, but there is a lift to take patrons where they need to be. Be sure that when you are selecting seats at checkout that you select seats that don’t require stairs to access. The main section of our theatre has a few stairs to get to it. The balcony is not handicap accessible as it does require the use of one flight of stairs.

JPAC also offers listening assistance technology. You can use your own devices and it only requires a free app download to a smartphone. More information and instructions can be found here.

JPAC is proud to offer ASL interpreters for many shows. If you would like to request any accessibility needs for a future show, please email sales@janesvillepac.org.

I lost my ticket. Can I still see the show?

Call the box office at 608-758-0297 and we can resend your ticket email.

Do I need a ticket for my toddler?

If you child requires their own seat, they need their own ticket. If they are going to sit on your lap, they do not need a separate ticket.

Where can I park?

The lot in between the “Old Marshall School” (JPAC) and the Janesville Hedberg Library is the primary parking lot for JPAC patrons. Be aware, this lot frequently fills up quite quickly. If there are no spaces available, street parking is available on the surrounding streets.

What if I am late to the show?

To cause the least amount of disruption to the performance and to other patrons, if you arrive late you’ll be seated at the discretion of the House Manager or staff. You might not be seated in your assigned seats until intermission.

Do you have concessions?

For most of the events at JPAC, the lobby bar will be open 1 hour before the performance starts. While the bar does not offer food, we do offer several beverage options including Beer, Wine, Mixed Drinks, Soda, and Water.
