If you purchased tickets online and chose the “will call” option, we will have your tickets under your last name ready for pick up. Our box office opens one hour before the performance start time. You can also purchase your ticket at the door with cash, check, or card payments (Visa, Mastercard or Discover).
The JPAC Box Office does not offer refunds; however please call 608-758-0297 to discuss exchange options including gift certificates and ticket exchanges.

The Janesville Performing Arts Center is committed to making performances and events enjoyable for everyone. JPAC offers a variety of wheelchair accessible seating as well as hearing-assistant devices. Services include:
JPAC sits adjacent to a free surface parking lot located between JPAC and the Hedberg Public Library. If the lot is full (which often happens during large events), there is free street parking around the center.
Please allow yourself extra time to find a parking space during large events.
JPAC is centrally located at the corner of Racine & Main Streets in downtown Janesville. This intersection is easily accessible from Hwy 11, Hwy 51, & Interstate 90/39.

The Janesville Performing Arts Center is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization who serves the greater Rock County area through performances and events produced by 15 local non-profit arts groups and hosts over 200 events a year.
