For the Gallery & Education/Outreach Room:
Base rental price: $350 for 4 hours. $50 for each additional hour.
Set up and tear down are not included. Additional labor for set up and tear down can be contracted at a price per hour.
This rate includes the use of tables and chairs (set up not included).
The fee to remove the risers in the Gallery is $350

JPAC does not offer on-site catering. All carry-ins must be prepared in a licensed catering kitchen. There is a small kitchenette and shared refrigerator on site. View our rental catalog for suggested local caterers!

JPAC has a cash bar on site and a liquor license. There is a $60 bar set up fee for non-resident groups. JPAC provides the bartenders based on event attendance. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Ask about drink tickets for your group or specialty drink options!

Janesville Performing Arts Center was created with the specific goal to showcase and support local arts groups, therefore, our lease agreement states that all performances must be produced or presented by non-profit arts organizations. The theatre is not available for rental for for-profit arts events, political events, religious worship services, or to individuals. Gallery and Room Rentals may be rented out on a case-by-case basis.
